Good questions. Clear answers.

The game is stuck or won’t load.

Close and reopen Demon Trident, restart your device, and check for an app update. Make sure your device has free storage. Avoid deleting the app as a first step: doing so can erase your local progress.

Where are my coins and collected cards saved?

The built-in game saves Demon Coins, Free Spins, Demon Hog progress, collected cards, and settings on your device. It does not provide its own account-based cloud sync. Deleting the app or moving to another device may lose that progress. If something looks wrong, keep the app installed and email us; recovery is not guaranteed.

How do I change sound or spin speed?

Open Settings to enter the Keeper’s Workshop. Use Ember Echoes for sound effects, Devil’s Pulse for haptic feedback, and Reel Tempo for spin speed. If sound is still quiet, check your device’s volume and audio output.

I’m running low on Demon Coins.

Try a lower stake. When your balance is below the lowest stake and you have no Free Spins remaining, open the Keeper’s Workshop and choose Rekindle Your Fortune for a free refill. Demon Coins in the built-in game are fictional and cannot be redeemed for money.

How do Demon Hog and the Collection work?

Demon Hog is a treasure-matching game that shares your Demon Coin balance. Golden Hog symbols on the main reels also earn marks toward Collection cards. Duplicate cards become shards that can be used to craft missing cards. Completed sets offer a one-time reward in the Collection.
